Sales Manager with selling personal responsibilities, High Quality publishing Business, Devon. Based in Totnes, with responsibilities across Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset and Cornwall. £25k-£30k Basic, £10k OTE uncapped, 25 days Holiday, Pension after qualifying period, Company car, mobile, laptop, home office set up. Our client is looking for a driven Media Sales Manager to join and expand their successful sales team. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous advertising sales management experience with a demonstrable track record of achievement within that environment. An expert with the consultative sales process still with the hunger to close the big deal, you’ll also enjoy creating successful sales strategies. With the ability to motivate and coach a team including 18 sales people it is expected that will be done by both normal management interventions and leading by example. Whilst not essential having existing relationships within the South West Business community would be beneficial.
